You get the read a hiring manager would give: whether you make the shortlist, the gaps at your level, the questions that round will ask. When it is time to practise, your workspace takes over for the voice mock interview, the interview loop and the job tracker.

What it does not do

It runs on the same model your assistant already uses. What changes is the rubric. A paste into a chat gets a polite guess; Calibrd scores against a fixed hiring-manager rubric for the role and level, flags the gaps a real screen would flag, and never invents a shortlist percentage it cannot back. There is no secret engine behind it, and we do not claim one.

The voice mock interview, the interview loop and the job tracker do not run inside a chat. Every result ends with a link into the matching tool in your workspace, where you paste the same job to continue.

Set it up

The server address is the same for every assistant. Connecting opens a Calibrd sign-in once; after that the assistant acts on your account until you disconnect it.

Give it the posting as text, or as a link. Public LinkedIn job pages, Greenhouse, Lever, Levels.fyi and most careers pages resolve from the link; a page behind a login needs the text pasted.

Claude (claude.ai)

Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
Name it Calibrd and paste the server address above.
Click Connect and sign in with your Calibrd account.

Claude Code

Grok (grok.com and Grok Bot)

Open grok.com/connectors and choose Custom.
Paste the server address and complete the sign-in.
A Grok Bot can then score every new posting it finds and hand you the ones worth a full report. Calibrd only scores; browsing the boards is the bot's job.

Your data

Calibrd Agent runs inside your assistant. Your CV, the job description and the report pass through your assistant's provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI) under their terms. Calibrd itself keeps none of it: reports and CVs are generated and returned, not stored.

Disconnect the connector in your assistant's settings at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
